We hope your diamond or jewelry
purchase has exceeded your expectations. However,
if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase
you may return any item within 30 days of shipment
for a full refund or exchange minus shipping and handling.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned jewelry items must be in their new and
original condition. Custom sized rings, custom designed
rings and engraved jewelry cannot be returned. Please
note that items that have their security tags removed,
show signs of wear and tear or show damage in any
way cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your certified loose
diamond or jewelry item within 30 days, please call
us for an RMA number and follow the return instructions
below.
Ring Sizing
If you have received a ring but would like to have
it resized, we will size it within 30 days free of
charge. If it has been more than 30 days, please call
us. Resizing takes approximately five business days.
Seeing Your Loose Diamond Before It Is Set
If you previously placed an order for a Spencer &
Spencer certified loose diamond and would now like
to set it into one of our designer rings, please call
us. We will help arrange for your diamond to be picked
up by FedEx, set into your ring and returned within
5 business days.
Diamond Certificate
Please include the diamond certificate when returning
your diamond. This carries a $250 replacement fee
if lost or misplaced.
Spencer & Spencer merchandise is very valuable
and requires that we take special precautions in shipment.
To return a jewelry item to Spencer & Spencer,
please follow one of the options below.
Option 1: Easy Returns
1) Email us at returns@spencer-spencer.com to request
your RMA (Return Authorization Number).
2) We will e-mail you a pre-paid, pre-addressed return
label that can be printed and attached to your FedEx
box.
3) Please package your returned item securely in its
original packaging.
4) Drop your package off at any staffed FedEx World
Service Center, FedEx Authorized Ship center, or Kinko’s.
Or we can arrange for a pickup right at your door.
Why our Easy Returns are so easy:
• No additional postage is required. The cost
of shipping will be deducted from your account.
• Your traceable package will arrive at our
facilities in two business days by FedEx.
• Our easy returns are more convenient. There
is no waiting in line at the post office or at shipping
stores.
• Our returns are at a reduced cost and we pass
our savings on insurance to you. The average cost
is between $9-$15.
Option 2: Standard Returns
1) Email us at returns@spencer-spencer.com to
request your RMA (Return Authorization Number) and
write this on the outside
of the box.
2) Please package your returned item securely in its
original packaging.
3) Insure your package for the full amount and keep
the receipt.
4) Ship your package by any traceable method such
as FedEx, UPS, US Mail and DHL.
5) For security purposes, please do not write “Spencer
& Spencer” or “Jewelry” on the
outside of the box.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for your return to be processed.
Items that have the security tag removed, show signs
of wear, or show damage in any way cannot be accepted
for return.
